I have a slayers cel of gourry, my scan doesnt' show the damage, but there is some cracking in the paint (small, the peice hasn't fallen off). and the lines of the cel have faded ALOT.  I'd really like to repair the lines especially. Can I just go over them with a pen or a sharpie?  I don't intend to sell it, I just want it to look nice again. but I think a pen may damage the cel or eventually rot it perhaps? I dunno. any suggestions on fixing faded lines?
