Yes, you can cancel the bids from people, but 
that doesn't prevent them from bidding at a later 
point, even on the same auction. That's the nice 
thing about Yahoo's blacklist feature for 
sellers. Luckily I have only had 2-3 people who 
have been chronically late each and every time 
they bid - which they generally snipe the 
auctions at the last few seconds so I can't 
cancel the auction. >_<  Luckily, I've only had 
one person do this with cels, it's mostly the 
other things I auction. =)
