Welcome to world of cel collecting Emily!
I am a relatively new collector as well. I find
that when you first start collecting, you go
on this HUGE spending spree, mainly because you
want so many cels of certain characters and 
scenes.  But as your collection gets bigger 
and bigger, you find yourself able to practice
more self-control.  I have seriously started 
collecting in January 2000, and have gotten alot
of my dream cels :)  Now, I am able to kick back
and not spend my entire paycheck on cels. phew!
