Hi, you should be rest assured that exCel is an
EXCELLENT place to buy cels from 8)!  I have
bought from them SEVERAL times over the past 2
years, and they have always been very friendly
and professional!  Their website is currently on
vacation now =(, hence the lack of an "ON HOLD"
sign on the cel you bought.  They will mail out
the cels to you quickly if you sent them a postal
money order, BUT if you sent them a check, it
takes 2-3 weeks before their bank will clear it
8(.  One time during their weekly updates of stuff
on the website, I ordered from them once every
week.  Since I sent them a check for each order,
my package kept getting delayed and delayed...-_-.
My own fault really!  After 3 months of adding new
orders and such, I decided to just send them money
orders instead, and I finally got my MASSIVE
package with 3 months of orders in it!! @_@  You
will get your package, but like I said, checks
take awhile to clear their bank.  I hope this
