Hey all, this is my first time posting here.  I 
was wondering if anyone has purchased a cel from 
exCel Animation here on the web.  I sent my check 
and they're very kind in the emails, although I 
see that an "on hold" hasn't been placed on the 
cel I am paying for yet.  It seems that the site 
is in a standstill.  I sent the check out July 
20ish, and they told me that my name is on the 
cel.  (I have backup emails to prove it.)  So I'm 
just wondering, has anyone ever had any problems 
with this dealer or am I just being impatient?  
Please let me know, it's much appreciated! :)
