Sellers do have the advantage here. If I won 
something from a seller who decided not to send 
the item (or the payment got lost), the seller 
does not really lose anything per se besides time 
and the listing fee.

Note that you can only get credited for the 
listing fee if 1)you relist and sell it, or 2)file 
an NPB (which takes at least three weeks?). I 
couldn't file an NPB with one bastard because by 
the time I'd get back from my trip everything 
would be expired and I wouldn't be able to leave a 
neg. >_O And, do be careful before leaving a neg; 
only after 3 msgs and about a month did I leave a 
blazin' neg (okay, it wasn't blazing, just 
factual). The fee itself isn't that much...
