Well...From what I've heard may be a logical 
answer to your question...Most good top quality 
cels are becoming harder to come by in Japan from 
some of the most popular series...So now to get 
the really good ones you want right outta Japan 
will have to come from someones private 
collection...So the dealers are having to pay 
more to get them to us...As far as Japans pricing 
goes...They have an unlimited availability to 
these cels...& some series are rated different to 
them than they are here with us...So some remain 
expensive...Miyazaki...While some aren't as 
popular there as they are here....Hope this 
answers some of your...& our questions....Or...At
