Do you think the lens cleaner will work on that
nefarious "dust" problem you get on cels?  I've 
tried the rubbing alcohal and Q-tip and it works 
great on smudges and excess paint, but for cels 
that have this "dusty" look all over (I think it 
was referred to as water damage) I still haven't 
been able to fix that -_-  Has anybody been able 
to get rid of that?

Thanks for any help ^_^  Didn't even think to use 
my lens cleaning sheets :)
