Wow....after reading everyone's post....so it is NOT unheard
of after all....(learn something new on this forum again..)
I must have been very lucky up to this point....or have been
dealing with all well-known & reliable dealers /collectors
instead.......
For the type of incidence that the original person who
posted this question ran across,...it is really too bad...
these types of dealers only short change themselves
on the long run....(It is not right to see short-term profit
over long-term integrity.)
I would be piss off too if that happen to me....
