No, this person did NOT accidentally sell the cel to someone else and tell me that it was available. Anime Paradise did that to me, but they took steps to correct their mistake, ie they not only gave me a refund but gave me a free cel(and a nice one at that!)
No, this person just flat out dishonored the deal qw for more money. ~_~
