It ranges depending on the size of the cel and if there are any sketches. I don't do it myself, I take it to a shop here in Dallas that specializes in collectibles and they do it for me. So far the price has been anywhere from $135-$165 to have each cel framed and double matted. I'd rather make sure that the cel is well preserved, I'm not too good at arts and crafts(especially framing!). =)
