I really don't mind spending over $100 to have a cel framed, as long as I know it will be well preserved years from now. I can't do it myself, I'm scared to death I'll ruin it! I'd hate to spend a couple hundred dollars on a cel and then ruin it because I couldn't frame it right. Trust me, I tried to frame a poster once and ended up having to throw it away because of air bubbles, it was crooked,etc...
