Cels from movies tend to be worth more, not only because of 
the lesser number, but because movies tend to have better 
quality cels because animation teams spend so much more time 
on it. Also, Perfect Blue is NOT obscure, and movies such as 
those with notable directors will increase in value if the 
director gains popularity (i.e. Miyazaki). 

You shouldn't buy a cel for its worth, however. You should buy
it because you like the character, series, or just the cel
itself.
