All in all, I agree that you should go with what you like - 
for example, I won't pay more for a cel with a background if
I know the background doesn't match.  To me, personally, 
the background is really only interesting if it matches the
cel, or if the background itself is really good art.

In the current situation, the cel from Perfect Blue costs a 
lot more than what I would pay for a similar SM cel, BUT, it
is the only Perfect Blue cel I've seen, and its a classic 
shot.  Even though it costs a lot more, thats the one I'll 
probably go for.
