cels layers that are stuck to each other can get this awful white speckly stuff on them and that is really, really hard to get rid off (if its even possible at all, I have never tried) Like you said, if the layers are stuck to each other in proper alignment then I have no prolem with buying the cel. I try to stick plastic inbetween what areas I can reach, hoping to minimise future 'white stuff' - it only gets worse with time! For older, or more expensive, rare cels, I will not care if there is speckling. But I will grumble if the layers are stuck where a mouth sits on top of a nose or something :) I dont care at all if a cel is stuck to its sketch. I have not seen it to affect value either.... -Ash |
