I feel the same way my self, very funny sometimes with their title or item description, some use "can you ask for a better cel", and I am thinking like, hella yea, I seen plenty of better ones.
Generally these are sellers from L.A area, I guess they have started business by buying at Mandarake and then resell, I am also from L.A, so I can easily tell where they got these cels, mostly in the junk bin at Mandarake at southwest LA area, they have the right to do whatever they wish.
