Again off the cuff (my memory isn't as good with Krillin), this
looks like a very late Dragonball Z cel, when he retired from being Goku's sidekick (setting down with 18 and 'lil Mara(?)).
Krillin sported hair in an
ova or two as well (the one I'm thing of in particular is the Brolly clone ova with Chibi Trunks and Goten),
but I don't recall him dress like this. |
