- Concerning US international postal money order There is two kinds : 1) The pink ones for Japan that you have to send to the person yourself by mail. Those are like a check so you should make sure that the recipient's bank will be able to cash them. Also, banks always take a fee for this so it may not be a very good idee to send several of a small amount. 2) The other kind is used for all countries having an agreement with the US postoffice. It's a little bit more expensive (10 dollars ?) and take a lot of time (6 weeks) as it's processed by the US postoffice. But it's the postoffice in the other country that will deliver the money directly to the person. (who has to sign). The recipient won't have any fee as the post give him the money directly. Also it's very safe as you don't have to send anything yourself and it's the responsability of the post office to make sure they deliver the money or return it back. - Concerning posting cels scans from another website : Several people asked me if they could reuse my own scans (and probably more did without asking) because they don't have a scanner of their own. I don't think it's a reason enough to start accusing people. More proof is needed. (in the case of the Belldandy cels, not so long ago, we did know that the people who made the scans still had the cels so the so called seller couldn't have bought them from him). - Concerning staples Many cels are fixed to their background or even to their drawing using staples instead of tape. Often it's even the studio that did it. I don't like it much but as long as it's done properly I don't consider the cel damaged myself: It's how the studio decided to release it. Naturaly, the staples should be above the holes and not in the middle of the cel! Cheers, Yann Stettler |
