Hmmm...good question but first let's not jump to conclusions. How long ago did you send your Postal Money Order? Also,have you e-mail the person about the shipment your cels? If you send the receipt with a form filled out to the post office they can do a trace on it. This would tell you who and when it was cashed. The process takes awhile I think. the post office is slow to begin with. =P
I hope the seller is just slow on your cel,
