Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with a question. If
I send an International Postal Money Order to someone and
they decide to rip me off by sending nothing, is there any
way I can get my money back even with a reciept? How could
I prove I recieved nothing and convince the post office to
refund my money? Or would I just be out of luck? Any help
would be much appreciated.
