Most of my cels are very close to what I paid. However,
I do not like selling my cels (as I doubt any collector
does), and I am less willing to sell cels of one of my
favorite characters (my favorites are Chu Chu and
Saionji). If it does not sell, then fine, I keep the cel
and remain happy. Yes, I did buy two cels from the same
sequence, but they were uploaded at different times and
I did not know the one with the bowl (which I like more,
since it is multi-layer) would come along.

My point was that you are making a profit when you
said you weren't looking for that. If the reason is that you
like Utena cels too much to part with them without a profit,
that's fine, but just state it plainly. I have nothing
against reselling for a better sell, but please be more
honest in whether you want to sell for a profit or sell at
the price you bought, like that person selling Mikage's did.
I had often looked at your auctions and though "maybe...
didn't I see that one only a little while ago for $20-$50
less?" but I never said anything because I wasn't sure. This
time I was sure and I wanted to ask why.

buck" off of purchases as well... I did not buy a single cel
in my collection with the intention of reselling.

I purposely addressed that to "middlemen trying to
make a quick buck" and removed it from the paragraph I
addressed to you. I also mention you in the third person and
not the second. I know that dealers and middlemen watch the
prices on eBay and I certainly don't want to have to deal
with anymore of them. I am trying to stop this, it's bad
enough with the DBZ cels, I don't want it to happen to Utena.
If I should have put it in a different post, it's my mistake,
but I would have had to mention ChuChu and I think it looks
better in the previous post where the implication that you're
a middleman is lessened by my different addressing.

even though I also work full-time, I do have limited

see how this counteracts the point that you are not being
truthful about your cels.

I don't believe that I have said anything insulting.
I plainly stated what I saw and I asked politely for an
explanation. Saying something insulting would not have
gotten us anywhere.
