OK, maybe this gets off the topic a tad... but my dislike
is more of a general practice thing. I have never
understood why huge face shots are almost always seem to be
more desirable (expensive) than a well composed waist-up?
I think pure face shots are much less artistically
interesting than when you get to see a bit more of the
character including the torso, arms and hands. Also, I
don't really need to like the character totally to want to buy a cel-- I don't even mind collecting stuff from shows I've never seen (and maybe I have no idea what it is?) as long as the design and art are good, and the cel is in good
shape. But of course I can take or leave that stuff, the shows I am really into are the ones that I would part with *real* money to get.
Besides that... I guess I would say any Dragonball beyond
the original (Z, GT, etc..)is not for me. The action is very wild, but seems pointless (or should I say fruitless) and the art is not to my liking. The face proportions remind me of Popeye for some reason. But hey, to each his own... If I find a nice DBZ maybe I could trade for a Macross...?
