We have 3 "Secret of NIMH" cels all signed by Don Bluth, but two of them have faded severly while one of them is still black and strong. I know they were all signed with some sort of fine-tip marker, but I don't know if they were sharpies or not. :( When you go to pick out pens, check to see if they have a little blurb like "Fade resistant! Ideal for scrapbooking!" Like one of the other guys said, be careful if and when you put it in the plastic bag and I would advise using at least 2 mats when you frame it as cels don't like to lay flat sometimes!
