Hi!

Well, here's my experience.  I was lucky enough to go to
animazement last year and got to meet Watase-sensei.  They
held two conferences with her since there were so many 
people there and we had to take a number to wait to get her
autograph.  we were only allowed to bring one item up to her
and unless you were there early, the wait was about 45 min 
to an hour.  I went to both conferences, so I was able to 
get two cels signed.  they're on my site if you'd like to 
see.  I bought those two cels relatively cheaper than some 
others, but they're both great images.  The signature 
doesn't take away from them at all, in my opinion.  but 
that's for you to decide.  Hopefully I can go this year and
get Nuriko or hotohori signed this year!
