I never understand this either. I understand if it is not
my cel but theirs. What I'm curious about to understand
is if I buy cel from dealer and they don't want me to use
their scan. In this case I do own the cel. Won't dealer
cel scan just get erased later? This I am confused about.
Since some dealer are uncomfortable about it though I always
ask if I can use scan. Better to ask.
