Well, there's something close to what you want.
Neocor (http://www.neocor.com) has the translation
softwares. One is for English to Japanese while the other
one is for Japanese to English. These softwares are not
cheap though. Moreover, none of the translation softwares
in the market can translate well anyway, but it gives you
a general idea on how it meant in English.
