I really wouldnt worry too much about it, this hobby has
become more and more 'buyer responsible', ie we have to 
do our homework regarding what cels we buy, and how much
for :)
This situation is not rare, many people (and studios)
sell cels with non-matching backgrounds. 

whats sad is when a cheapo background raises the price 
of an already expensive cel into the stratosphere. Now 
that bites, since the background isnt even worth the price
hike!
