Yahoo-Japan account should be able to use in all
Yahoo' activities. I set up my account last year, and it
has no problem. May be Yahoo Japan has changed the process
now which I may not aware of it.
Anyway, I have no problem to bid, but I have problem to
persuade and explain the Japanese sellers on how to deal
with overseas buyers, since pretty much everyone there has
no prior experience on how to send package out
internationally. |
