I have to say that all of the Japanese dealers I've
contacted have been very pleasant and helpful, whether I
was purchasing a cel or inquiring about one I was looking
for.  There have been several times when we didn't quite
understand each other, but after a couple of tries at 
re-phrasing, the message got across fine.  I am glad that
more of the Japanese sites are willing to sell to us,
not being able to understand someone can be frustrating,
and I'm sure international shipping can be a hassle.  But
all the sites I've contacted seem to have an attitude of-
"If you can tell me what you want, I'll tell you what it costs, and if you send me the money, I'll ship you the cel."
Works for me.  ^_^
