Just to give you a little example of this in action: in my personal collection, I HAVE a Tasuki cel from "Fushigi Yuugi" which includes: the 2 layer cel, the computer plot, the pencil sketch, the camera instructions for panning across the cel and notes for production. It was an expensive little cel package (over $300.00) as a result, much more so than just the cel with the computer plot would have cost (Tasuki cels with just the computer plots were going for around $150.00 - for an equitable cel - when I bought this particular cel; since then, the prices have dropped). I find many individuals in the cel collecting business are misterming the computer plot because they are listening to past experience on the net. This is not intentional, I don't think, and I don't blame them for looking to others who are "experts" for help. However, I can assure you that the termage is incorrect, and I'd like this fixed if possible. Thanks for reading! - Rena/Maigrey (Jennifer) p.s. I also went back and explained why I incorrectly put in Key Character Designer in my auction, where I meant to say Key Animator. This has been corrected, thanks to Yann's input. I was exhausted when I put that cel up for auction (somewhere around 3am, after having spent most of the past day and all of that past night scanning and fixing images for my auctions). I simply wasn't paying attention closly to what I typed. I apologize if that was misleading, as it was not intended to be. As I said, I added a note about it in the auction. |
