No, that's not what it's supposed to be. That person
seems to think, incorrectly, that the douga drawing
are generated with a computer and not hand-draw by
a person...
(Try to erase one of your drawing with a rubber and
you will see...:)

PS: And contrary to what that person wrote in her
auction, key cel are not draw by the character designer.
They are draw by key animator. Character designers do
some genga drawings (which aren't directly used to make
a cel).
