Look at the black line of the cel : I am ready to bet that
they aren't black anymore or that you realy don't have
the cel for a long time...

Do that to your cel for one or two years and those line
will be brown/yellow and will disapear total.
That's because those line are "flashed" on the plastic
sheet with a kind of laser copier. And this technology
use light sensitive method to fix the ink...
