You keep contradicting yourself. First, you assure us
that you are not puting those picture intentionaly and
that, sure, you will remove them if someone ask.
Then, you go insulting people that doesn't want you
to use their pictures and say that anyway removing them
from your site wouldn't change anything.

Whatever it changes something or not doesn't concern
you : if someone doesn't want that you use their pictures,
stop using them !

Wrong. The computer file in itself belong to the person
that made it. You don't have the right to take pictures
from other sites without asking whatever the author
is the owner of the copyright on the content of the picture
or not.

Also, some people may have been licensed to put those
pictures on the net even if they are not copyright holder.
For example, I am both a dealer and I have the authorisation
from GLENAT (publishing company of Sailor Moon in France)
and TOEI to display pictures from their produces on my site.

Note that even if you get the authorisation from TOEI
to put pictures from the produce, that doesn't give you
the right to take and reuse scans made by other people.
