3) The files are in the process of being removed from the libraries I never once said that I would not remove them. I just explained to steve that he does not own the image. He owns the cel. A scan of that cel is still copywritten by Toei animation and not steve. Anyone who claims that a sailormoon image is theirs is a liar (unless they are Toei animation) 4) We have always removed any images that people have requested we remove and have a valid reason to remove them (for proof please contact the everchanging sailormoon gateway) 5) the banners and ads on our site are an attempt to offset our $500/mo bill. To date we've made about $200 off ads, and spent $10,000 on the site. You do the math, we aren't in it to make money anyone who suggests otherwise is an idiot. 6) If you have a valid complaint about the contents of our libraries the image ID of the image in question and your URL of the image. No new images have been added in about 3 months. Our recent reorganization is what set this off. With the millions of visitors to the library each month I would expect that all these cels are already all over the net. Removing them from our libraries isn't going to do much good at this point. 7) if you don't want an image to be available on the net don't put it on the net. If you MUST put it on the net (pretentious jerk) put your URL on the image so people know where it came from. We make no attempt to log where they came from until this weekend. All new changes to the library are being tracked. However this was just added this weekend. |
