Re: How do people find out when cels are posted, etc.? (Thu Dec 3 20:40:50 1998

How do you know when dealers post cels? I don't know myself. But I do know when some dealers usually post cels. Some dealers usually post cels in the eary morning. Some are more likely to post late at night or early in the morning. I think the west coast time zone is generally more favorable to cel collectors because a lot of cels are posted at night. If you live in the east you'd have to stay up pretty late to catch some cel posts. There are a few dealer/sellers though that post cels in the middle of the night that seem to favor collectors in the east. I've lost out on a few cels because they were posted at 3 A.M. Much too late for me. Many dealers don't post at a particular time and you just have to be lucky to have caught them soon after posting. Hopefully within the first hour. I check for cels about 5 to 7 times a day. I usually always get the cels I want. However there's a price to be paid. All your free time is eaten up. So I don't know if you want to go this route. I don't know if it's worth it myself at times. Terence |
