Someone sell something at a fixed price. But just because there is several people wanting the item, that person decided to cancel the orders and run instead an auction... Sorry, I don't see how it's fair for anybody. And that has nothing to do with the method of selling but with changing the rules when we see that we could gain more money than what we first wanted to sell the item for. > I much prefer the lottery method where everyone > who wants the cel has a fair and equal chance of getting it. When I order a cel, I generaly buy at the same time some other cels that interest me less just to get a big enough order. I wouldn't have bought those other cels alone. If I end-up getting only those other cels because of a lottery, the seller should be ready to accept if I simply cancel the whole order. > I wish other people would have a similar way of selling! Don't count on me. If I had to choose another method than "first come" it would be "friends got the cels first". Cheers, Yann Stettler |
