If the dealer lets everyone know ahead of time exactly when he's
gonna update, everyone can make arrangements to be at their computers
to get the cels. It don't matter if you're at work or asleep; you can
always get time off or wake up. It is survival of the fittest, as I say;
whomever gets to the cels first. That lottery thing sucks; it's kinda
like going to the Humane Society to get a puppy. You get your heart set
on the one you want, you're the first one of maybe 5 other guys to fill
out the forms. Then someone else gets your puppy cause they lotteried him.
