Ok folks....this is how I unstick pencil sketches from the cels. Do this at YOUR OWN RISK. NOTE: This will DESTROY the sketch. So only do it if you don't care for the sketch at all. All you need is some rubbing alcohol, and some cotton balls. 1) Get some alcohol on the cotton balls, and rub it on the sketch itself. Get it only slightly damp, you don't want to end up smearing the paint. 2) Very slowly and very carefully peel away the sketch. Then let the cel AIR-DRY. DON'T whipe it off...you can smear the paint....and that would suck. I suggest trying this on a junk cel first. Just so you get the feel of it and get familiar with the results. Becasue a very small amount of paint is actually removed. All of my cels that I have done this to have not been damaged at all. Hope the helps -Parrallax |
