I was imprecise in my use of language. ^_^ I apologize. 
                             I should have said "which you SOMETIMES get even with unstuck cels."
                             If I wished to be terribly precise I would say it is the pigment and not the paint itself 
                             which is transferred in such an instance, but since paint is simply a 
                             vehicle for the pigment, it seems a pointless distinction. ^_^ I concede

Just playing Devil's advocate (anything to avoid current final)...
but you're right, it is more likely the pigment than the actual
paint that get's transfered.

                             The top cel was the one I already had with the background, 
                             the second one is the cel from the same scene which was stuck 
                             to the background.
