OH, Ohio.  Cincinnati, to be exact.  Wonderful place for anime cons... heh.

The only venues here in the heartland for anime related merchandise are comic book and 
science fiction cons.  At Mid-Ohio Con in Columbus (comics), Thanksgiving weekend, there
was one cel dealer, Art-Toons, from Cleveland.  They've been there every year I've gone, 
five years now.  Until 1998's show, they never seemed to have much anime, or at least good 
anime; they explained that their local customers normally clean those out.  I suppose 
there's just too much anime to absorb, today. ^_^  They said they'll probably be there for 
Marcon science fiction convention, in Columbus (May 7-9 this year).  I don't know if any 
other dealers will appear.

I know that there's an anime convention up in Chicago next month, but other than that, is 
anyone aware of any other conventions that might attract cel dealers in the Ohio/Midwest?
