I have learned sometimes the are used esp. when background is fuzzy.Do your homework which is almost impossible(unless you have massive video collection and much time and the cel will be held for you.).New anime will have laser backgrounds more often than old ones.An just feel the dealer out..too bad there wasn't a cut and dry answer.But that's life thanks you for all who helped:)Oh and I agree lasers don't have the impact of hand made ones:)but you take what you can get:)
