hello,

circles around cel numbers in _sketches_ indicate a key cel,
but as AIC cels like Tenchi do not come with sketches it is hard
to tell :)

I assume if the number has a circle on it on the actual cel itself,
it may be a key cel.

There can be many other keys in a scene besides the end 
and start cels :)
I tried to write a bunch of stuff about it back in december,
that is accessible at the URL above :)
