I agree with this suggestion. As a high school student I already spent way too much money on cel, some more than 200.
With money as a huge challenge, I pick only my favorite series, although I love so many other more. I chose Jojo's Bizarre Adventure cause its rare and I love the show.
Therefore I think its rather full of excitement since I seldom see one from the net and i got all the time to fill my piggy bank and grab it when I see them, and when I finally see it I would be extremely happy.
(since last year I grab almost all the Jojo cels ever appear, except one or two that I sleep over)
