This really hits home with me, as I've had "experiances" with them too. They do NOT reserve cels, regardless if you mailed your payment or even if you give them a credit card number. I really don't know how they make their decisions as to whom they give their cels to, because it doesn't appear to be on a first come first serve basis or a lottery. Noriko
