It might be that Anime Nation took down the cels for you.
You said you ordered them and if they haven't mailed you
saying that they're for someone else, then most likely they 
would be for you right?  Since Anime Nation never puts ON 
HOLD flags up for anything, they might be trusting you?  Not
to mention...sometimes it only takes a day or two for 
payment to arrive via US Mail.  Anime Nation might have 
taken them down to put up new ones (there were a second
wave of Miyu's put up)

Anyway, I'm guessing that we'll be seeing more of Larva 
without his mask, given the number that seem to keep 
popping up from the TV series.
