The problem is that if you send them "nasty little packages
...to destroy their system" you could get into trouble with
your own ISP and perhaps even the law. Stick to more
aboveboard means of recourse. Contact the postal service
and other authorities. If there are enough complaints
about this guy, they'll do something.
