As 3 person already asked me what I think about the same signed Belldandy cel, I decided to post my answer here : 1) The cel is real 2) It's realy signed by the Seiyu of Belldandy 3) It belongs to Bill MacPhee, the old webmaster of AIC. 4) Those cels were displayed by Bill on AIC website. The picture that the person is showing around is the one from the AIC site. 5) No, I don't think that Bill gave away those cels... I try to get back as much of the pictures that were displayed on AIC website. The list is probably not complete as it was a long time ago and I didn't saved all the pictures...
