I'm sure that there must be some sort of mail fraud charges
you could use. Depends on where this person is. Also if
you know the server they use from the email address, you
might be able to get them to help you since the person is
using their services for illegal purposes. Also to to get
some satisfaction via revenge, there are a plethora of
nasty little packages you could get to send them to destroy
their system so they can't con anyone else, since it does
seem they are guilty. Innocent untill proven guilty and all
though.
