It's not a question of being fair or not ! Pocket decided that for several reasons they didn't want to sell publicly anymore. They could have said that they stop selling to everybody except privatly to a few people but instead they prefered to keep selling to existing customers but don't want any new ones. It's their choice ! Pocket isn't a shop and they can't/don't want to sell large amount of cels. Some people doesn't want to show their cels on internet, is it unfair ? Some people won't sell their cels, is it unfair ? Some people may trade/sell some of their cels but only with people they know and/or friends, is it unfair ? I don't think so...
