I don't think that the person that posted the previous message
meant to insult anyone. They were just stating a fact. No need
to be so sensitive.
This "I'd gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today" dealy
doesn't work with everyone. Like I said before, I think that
Steve was just so frustrated with people not paying or not paying
on time, that he just put his foot down. Personally I have never
gone that far, as I do allow people to extend the time of payment.
But Steve might have been rubbed the wrong way once too many times
and he just cracked. Unfortunatly it seems to have hurt his formerly
excellent customer service. |
